Hospice Facility

Although hospice focuses on ‘home’ care, this includes nursing homes and assisted-living facilities, some hospice organizations have an inpatient facility. These provide all the hospice services offered to outpatients; it’s just that some of them can’t be managed at home.

  • Whether giving your caretakers respite or getting through a difficult perioid, most admissions are temporary.
  • If you or your family are not able to face everything that goes along with dying at home, you can spend your remaining time in a hospice facility.
